- Borscht 1L
- Broth paste 20g
- 2 carrots
- 100g celery
- 100g parsnips
- 200g white onion
- 50ml sunflower oil
- salt
- pepper
- walnut 1 link
- 1 turkey wing
- 1 chicken thigh
- thin noodles
Preparation method
Take an oiled pan and add diced carrots and celery. Add the onions to it and mix to soften. Once colored, add the broth paste and mix again. After a few minutes, you can also pour the water into which you add the turkey meat and keep mixing. Finally, pour in the borscht, add the noodles, and then add the leustea for an irresistible aroma.
