I love salads and find it very difficult to eat cooked food, especially during the summer. In the warmer months, I eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and I think I often eat melons and salads. of all kinds. Luckily, salads are extremely versatile and can be eaten with anything and everything. And since I love scouring the internet for suggestions and ideas, I stumbled upon an inexpensive, protein-rich recipe that’s not easy to fail.
