Method of preparation:

Drain the pasta, but leave about 100ml of water from when the pasta was boiled. Place the pasta over the cream, Parmesan, and nutmeg mixture and mix well. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little more pasta water. Top with freshly ground pepper and serve warm.
