– 400 grams of dried fettuccine pasta or spaghetti of your choice
-Cooking cream 300ml
– 200 grams of grated parmesan cheese
– freshly grated nutmeg
– freshly ground black pepper
Method of preparation:
Cook the pasta according to package directions, and it is important that it is al dente.In a saucepan, mix the cooking cream, nutmeg, and butter, and add the Parmesan cheese. Drain the pasta, but leave about 100ml of water from when the pasta was boiled. Place the pasta over the cream, Parmesan, and nutmeg mixture and mix well. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little more pasta water. Top with freshly ground pepper and serve warm.
