To prepare the turkey breast:
- 4 turkey breasts
- salt and pepper
- lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Mustard sauce:
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- chicken/turkey stock 100-120ml
- 200g sweet mustard
- 400 grams of cooking cream
- Olive oil

For stir-fried vegetables:
- Green beans 500g
- 500 grams baby carrots
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper
- 50 grams butter

Pan-fried Turkey Breast with Mustard Sauce and Vegetables Recipe
Preparation of turkey breast.
Massage the turkey breast with a little olive oil, season with salt, pepper and lemon zest, grate finely and let rest for at least 30 minutes, covered and refrigerated.
Brown, then in a nonstick skillet, brush with olive oil and flip one side. Once browned, cover to soften and keep warm until ready to serve.
Preparation of mustard sauce
Remove the turkey breast from the skillet, lightly brown with 1-2 cloves of garlic, and deglaze with turkey or chicken stock or a little water.
Add the mustard and mix well to thin it evenly, then add the cream little by little and continue to mix. Cook until the mustard sauce is well mixed and stir evenly to prevent it from clumping. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Preparing stir-fried vegetables.
Blanch the green beans and baby carrots in boiling salted water and place in ice water to turn off heat and preserve color.
In a frying pan, melt the butter with a little olive oil, being careful not to burn the butter. Add the peeled and sliced garlic and the well-drained vegetables. Rotate the pan to mix the vegetables so that the garlic-flavored melted butter coats them evenly. Finally sprinkle with salt and pepper.
