Pickled Chili Peppers and Onions Recipe Ingredients:
- 700 grams of hot, red and green peppers
- 150 grams green pepper
- 150 grams paprika and tomato
- 250g yellow onion
- 250g red onion
For liquid solutions:
- wine vinegar 500ml
- 500ml water
- 2 tablespoons salt for pickling
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon pickling spice
Method of preparation:
Wash the peppers and bell peppers well, remove the seeds and cut into rounds. Clean and chop the white and red onions and mix them with the peppers.
Add vinegar, water, and seasonings to a pot and heat.
When the liquid begins to boil, add salt and sugar to taste.
Boil for 1-2 minutes.
Meanwhile, place the peppers mixed with onions into sterilized jars and fill them as full as possible, but avoid crushing the rings of the peppers.
Then pour the hot solution into the jar, screw the lid on and cover with a blanket.
Let it sit until it cools, then you can label it and put it in your pantry.
